We will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and force majeure events such as natural disasters or logistics disruptions). For special cases that may cause delays, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement.

3. Shipping Fees
- United States: Free shipping
- Other regions: Starting from $5 (the specific cost will vary depending on the package weight, destination and shipping method; please refer to the actual payment page for details).
4. Shipping Methods
- Warehouse Information: Orders to the United States are shipped from either the China warehouse or US warehouse; all other orders are shipped from the China warehouse.
- Default Delivery Method: Express delivery.
- Other Delivery Methods: Air or sea transportation can be arranged according to customer requirements. Please note that switching to air/sea transportation may affect the shipping cost and delivery time. For details, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
